RISE 4 HEALTH

because community health starts with us

MISSION

True health goes beyond medicine. It is rooted in justice, opportunity, and overcoming invisible barriers people face every day. Rise 4 Health exists to challenge the silence around health disparities, to shine light on the unseen struggles, and to inspire a future where wellbeing is not a privilege but a right for all.

VISION

Rise 4 Health imagines a future shaped by empathy and action, where every voice counts and no one is left behind. Real change does not wait for broken systems to be repaired. It starts with people willing to imagine something better and take the first step to make it real.

IMPACT

Impact is not always loud. Sometimes it looks like a podcast that reframes what health means. A blog post that stays with someone long after they have read it. A kit delivered to someone who thought they were forgotten. Rise 4 Health is a collection of small efforts with big intentions. Each one is connected by the belief that no contribution is too small when it is made with purpose.

ABOUT US

Rise 4 Health is a student-led initiative committed to making health education and resources more accessible, starting right here in our communities. Founded on the belief that small actions can spark lasting change, we focus on practical, affordable tools that empower people to take control of their health.

It began with a simple idea. What if basic health care could be more reachable for everyone? From wellness kits like dental care and pill packs to a podcast unpacking the social determinants of health, every part of Rise 4 Health is built to inform, uplift, and support.

My name is Anika Agrawal, and I created Rise 4 Health to take real action to improve the health inequities I saw around me. What started as a personal interest has become a compilation of community-driven efforts all working toward one goal: better, more equitable health access for all.

Through these efforts, my goal is to help people rise. Because rise is not just a word; it is a direction we choose together.

RISING FOR A REASON

“More than half the world’s population—over 4 billion people—still lack access to essential health services.”
